This annual event recognises many of the lay union members working on a variety of different campaigns throughout the Midlands region.
There is a sumptuous dinner, several speakers and presentations recognising the hard work of ordinary union members
Brief: To photograph the event, including speakers, presentations, general views, as well as group photos as required of the participated members and union groups
Outcome: Hundreds of individual images edited down to a strong selection used by the TUC throughout the year, and individual and group photos supplied to the individual unions and their members
